Through enhanced brand imagery, curated social media content, a tailored web experience, and promotional campaigns, we are repositioning this historical organization as the number one resource for African American real estate professionals.
OUR BRIEF
The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) was founded in Tampa, Florida, in 1947 as an equal opportunity and civil rights advocacy organization for African American real estate professionals, consumers, and communities in America. The purpose of NAREB is to enhance the economic improvement of its members, the community at large, and the minority community which it serves. Our initial brief was to elevate the organization’s brand imagery through all digital, print, and event marketing collateral culminating in a more modern and exciting brand presence to entice membership growth and a renewed level of corporate sponsorship. Through many years of working with the organization the scope has expanded to include the enhancement of their overall digital brand strategy including corporate identity design, website design and development, social media marketing, and event marketing.
OUR SOLUTION
Our first task was to research the market and develop our new approach to their brand collateral, its attributes together with key messages, and closing the loop by creating a new brand standard via a new branding and communications guidelines document. Following this exercise, we are currently revamping their social media strategy to be more effective in engaging its members, the media, and it various political and civil rights stakeholders who rely on NAREB as subject matter experts on African American real estate matters.
